Ficus Plants

Description

Scientific Name:"Ficus Benjamina". Ficus is a pan-tropical genus of trees, shrubs and vines occupying a wide variety. native to south and southeast Asia and Australia. It is a treereaching 30 metres (98 ft) tall in natural conditions, with gracefully drooping branchlets and glossy leaves 6-13 cm (2-5 in), oval with an acuminate tip. These are extremely important plants, as decorative plants, Bright light, but only acclimated plants can handle direct sun. Ficus appreciate being moved outside in summer, but do not place in direct sunlight. Rich, humusy and well-drained soil.
